  I started coming to this joint when i was 16. I am now in my 30's, and still the same owners. My only regret of moving out of state is that I can't drive to this place anymore.
  Their burgers and chilicheese fries are my absolute favorite. I've never tasted a tastier burger and chili than theirs. Yes, including in n out burgers and Tommy's chili (theirs is gross imo).
  I so WISH there was an equivalent where I live now. Try this place. So darn yummy.

  Very rude old lady. Blacks aren't appreciated/welcomed there??? (Definitely appears that way) :(
  
  I will not be going here again. The food is not that good last time I went. And the service is bad. This would have been my second visit to the restaurant. I was on the phone talking to a friend as the lady old lady was trying to take a order of someone who was my friend who was treating me to breakfast. And the old lady said very rudely in a demining way in a very disrespectful tone. " I can't hear and you have to take it outside" Imediately I felt very disrespected and told my friend cancell my order, which would have been a chicken burrito with fries and drink and I told him let's go. And I no longer want anything from the restaurant or will ever come here again.My friend stayed and ate his veggie omelette while I waited outside insulted and hungry :( I can admit I was in the wrong for being inconsiderate to here degraded ears. So I can say sorry for that. However she could have said it in a respectable professional way with a pleasant tone. Something Like: Excuse me sir but, I can't hear. Do you mind going outside. I feel this lady does not want/appreciate black people / minorities in the restaurant. I noticed she was very nice to the Latino And White customers. My money is just as good as anyone else's. By the way, his order took like almost 15minutes to make... I am disgusted with the old lady attitude and the level of customer service /professionalism that wasn't there.

  I want to start off by saying that the food at this place is really good if it was just for the food I would rate it 4 stars.
  
  The service is horrible I believe the man I dealt with was the owner, I had come here a couple of years ago and there was a girl working the register and she was really rude so I decided not to go there again now 2 years later I tried to give it another try and again the food is great but the service is really horrible even worse than last time. The guy I was dealing with came over and rudely took over to register from the young man that was trying to take my order he was having difficulties answering my questions and he had what seem to be like a problem with me for some reason.
  
  I ordered a double cheeseburger with avocados and bacon one cheeseburger and a patty melt with two cokes I ask the man for some ranch and he gave me a very dirty look and I explained to him that I would be happy to pay for it if that's what the problem is so he charged me $1.08 each I had asked for three of them I think paying over $3 for ranch is ridiculous not only that but they explain that they wanted to close in half an hour and that I would only have to get the food to go I was very polite and even when I said goodbye he responded in a very rude and disrespectful tone. Honestly I didn't feel comfortable there at all I don't think I'll be back there ever again it's just not right to treat people that way I was very kind very professional and respectful. After all he is older and we should all respect their elders but this man was very rude and disrespectful and I can guarantee that I won't be back at least not for the time being.

  Been going here for over 8 years, at least twice a month. Food tastes good and is walking distance from my house. Got there at 7:55 today (Friday) and they say "We're closed". On Yelp and on the window it says they close at 9. This isn't the first this happened. I told them "Don't you close at 9?" to which she yelled "We're closed!!!" ..she acted like she doesn't know me all of the sudden. I spend at least $60 a month there. If you're going to close at random times, at least be polite about it. Their food is good but they don't have any manners or people skills. Seems like they don't get out much. I'll bet that they don't even know that they have a Yelp account.

  Customer service isn't the best. I have only had the cheese burger special and they give you a lot of fries. I've been  coming here since 2003.
